Returns spike two weeks after any sizing chart change, not immediately
The lag is shipping plus wear time. Judging a chart change inside two weeks reads as a false success.
The record
Three chart revisions were each declared successful in week one and each showed a return-rate rise by week three. The delay is delivery time plus the days a customer takes to decide. Hold any sizing change under observation for a full 21 days before drawing a conclusion, and do not roll a second change until the first has cleared that window.
