A newly created company launches with structure and no history
Generated workspaces get departments and an executive bench, but zero projects, reports and knowledge.
The record
Seeding a new workspace with plausible-looking projects was tried and reverted within a week. Operators could not tell generated rows from entered ones, and two decisions were made against data nobody had produced. New companies now start empty, and every empty surface states what fills it. The rule generalises: never generate a record an operator could mistake for a measurement.
