Three weeks were spent optimising our side before the ceiling was traced to the vendor's account tier. Nothing we change moves it. The project stays blocked until the tier is raised or the design is changed to batch — and the batching option has not been costed. Anyone picking this up should start at the vendor conversation, not at the code.
